The draft process timeline has been changed to allow further draft player applications to be received.
Player requests now close at midday on Monday 13 March 2017 with your state water polo association and the draft will be conducted on the evening of Sunday 19 March 2017 as per the following schedule:
18U Boys – 700pm EDST (Sydney)
18U Girls – 730pm EDST (Sydney)
Draft papers will be distributed on Wednesday 15 March 2017

Final Day for payment of Entry Fee: Friday 3rd March 2017
Team Lists Due: Monday 6th March 2017
Seeding and Draw Published: Thursday 16th March 2017
Final Date for Team Lists to be uploaded to SportsTG: Sunday 19 March 2017
Compulsory TAP/Technical Meeting for all Head Coaches: 600pm Tuesday 11 April 2017 at Royal Life Saving Building, McGillivray Road, Mount Claremont – back of HBF Stadium and next to Water Polo WA offices – player passes will be distributed at this meeting.
Competitions Starts: 800am Wednesday 12 April 2017
Competition Concludes: Presentation Ceremony 200pm Monday 17 April 2017 at HBF Stadium
Games will be played under senior FINA Rules for Men and Women as well as WPA specific rules – see operations manual – these relate to judiciary and reporting procedures.
