New look FlippaBall – getting more young people into Water Polo


Water Polo Australia and the State Associations, today unveiled a new look FlippaBall brand and website, as part of the improvements and modernisation of the junior participation program.


WPA and the States have listened to feedback from members and clubs about making water polo more fun and accessible to young people.  So throughout the 2016-17 season, some new FlippaBall initiatives will be trialled with potential new programs to ready for Winter 2017.


To stay up-to-date with all the exciting things happening as part of the FlippaBall rejuvenations, people can register their details at  The website will become a one-stop-shop for anyone interested in getting involved in FlippaBall in the future.


Water Polo Australia is thrilled to also have FlippaBall included as part of the Australian Sports Commission Sporting Schools Program, taking water polo into more schools right around the country.
