The first ever FINA Cadet Men’s and Women’s World Championships get underway in Greece today, and we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know about the draws, how to watch and much more!

When is the FINA Cadet World Championships being held?

The FINA Men’s and Women’s Cadet World Championships are being held in Larisa-Volos, Greece from 21-27 August 2022.

Who is playing in the two Australian teams?

The Australian Men’s and Women’s Cadet teams have been training and preparing in Greece for the past couple of weeks. As a result, there are a few team changes and Water Polo Australia is pleased to confirm the below athletes have been selected for the 2022 FINA Cadet World Championships.

When are the Aussies first games?

The Australian Cadet Women have been drawn in Pool B with Greece and Switzerland. They will play their first game against host nation Greece on Monday 22 August at 4.15am AEST.
