Australian Women’s Head Coach announcement

Water Polo Australia announces that it will not be renewing its agreement with Sakis Kechagias as the National Women’s Head Coach.
High Performance Director Aleksandr Osadchuk thanked Sakis for his service.
“I would like to acknowledge and thank Sakis Kechagias for his commitment and passion in leading the Australian Women’s team in a key transition period following the Rio Olympic Games.
“We wish Sakis all the best for the future,” said Osadchuk.
An announcement regarding the role will be made in the near future.
