WPA OPENS EOI FOR INCLUSION DIVERSITY AND EQUITY STEERING PANEL AND RAP WORKING GROUP

WPA is calling for expressions of interest from suitability qualified and experienced individuals to form an Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) Steering Panel for the sport, along with a specialist sub working group focusing on the development of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Water Polo across Australia.
The IDE Steering Panel will aim to provide advice and support to WPA in the development of a comprehensive Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Framework and action plan through an intersectional approach including target areas such as Indigenous Australians, CALD communities, LGBTIQ+ Australians, People with a Physical or Intellectual Disability or Limitation, low socio-economic communities, Aging Adults, Women and Girls and regional communities.

The RAP Working Group will provide advice, guidance and support to WPA in the development of a comprehensive national Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and support the implementation of its identified objectives to Water Polo across Australia.
