Our sport doesn’t operate without our coaches and officials…they are crucial to the growth and sustainability of our sport.
Water Polo Australia wants to understand how we can better support our coaches and officials, so that we can help to enhance capability to enable growth in our sport. At all levels of our sport!
Water Polo Australia’s Learning and Development survey has been developed in line with the National Strategic Framework (2020-2030) to inform the revision of the Coach and Official Development Framework.
Our people are what makes water polo such an engaging sport, but how can we better support the coaches and officials at the coalface of the sport? What does our network need to help improve and grow our game?
We value feedback from our members and understand that when people have a better experience, they are more likely to continue to play, and advocate for the sport. So, we felt it important to engage the voice of our members in this process.
