Job Vacancy I New role National Performance Director

Following the development of the new National Strategic Framework (due to be released in the near future) for water polo in Australia, WPA have re-defined one of the senior management roles and are now seeking to appoint a new National Performance Director.
This new role will oversee the delivery of the National Performance Framework, including oversight of the national pathways program, national competitions and referees as well as retain management of the National teams programs in preparation for the Tokyo and Paris Olympics.
Incumbent High Performance Manager Aleks Osadchuk, whose contact expires on December 31 2020 and will continue in his current role until then.
