National Strategic Plan Survey

Water Polo Australia (WPA) is the national governing sport for water polo in Australia. It is working hard on reviewing and setting the strategic direction for the sport for the future. Water polo has a unique opportunity at this point in time to reflect on its past and to look forward and create a vision of what it wants to be.

Your input into this process is critical and valuable. It is important Water Polo as a sport collectively defines its core values as this will guide behaviours, priorities and decisions. Your responses to the following questions will assist in refreshing strategic priorities and holding governing bodies accountable.

It is expected that the survey will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and the questions will be a mixture of open questions, requiring you to type in your answers, drop down boxes and questions with multiple answers, allowing you to select the option that best suits your circumstances. All responses will be treated in strict confidence and no individual responses will be identified or reported on.

This survey will remain open for completion until COB Tuesday 31 March. Note that all questions require an answer and you will not be able to continue until you have provided a response.

The survey responses will be built in to National and State Steering Committee Planning Sessions.
