WATER POLO AUSTRALIA CULTURE SURVEY

Over the past 6 months WPA have undertaken work to enhance the culture of our sport, which has been led by our community based Culture Innovation Panel. As part of this work, we are now conducting a survey to ask our community members to evaluate the culture and how it impacts on your enjoyment of the sport. In this context we are defining "culture" as the observable and accepted behaviours of the individuals within the sport. The survey will be repeated each year during the AYWPC event allowing us to track progress over time.
The data collected through this survey will help us to:
- Understand the current view of our members
- Identify behaviours we are most proud
- Identify behaviours we are least proud
- Identify way(s) to address and/or strengthen the culture of our sport
This survey is about people's behaviour, not about rules and regulations, facilities, cost, travel, accommodation etc. All responses are anonymous.
