WPA National Championships relaunched in 2020

Water Polo Australia is pleased to announce the relaunch of the WPA National Championships next year, at the South Australia Aquatic and Leisure Centre (Adelaide) from 21-24 May 2020.
The event will feature State based teams in the 16&U & U19 age divisions for 2020 and will be an opportunity to bring the strongest aspiring players, coaches and officials to participate in highly competitive format.
This format will provide a strong platform for the identification and selection of players, coaches and officials for positions within the high performance pathway. Additionally, the WPA National Championships will be a priority event for selection of National Youth Teams.
The WPA National Championships will provide State based representative opportunities for players within the water polo pathway, with the State Water Polo bodies to select their teams. States will have capacity to enter up to two teams per divisions.
