Water Polo ACT is the Territory association overseeing water polo in the ACT. WPACT is an affiliated association of Water Polo Australia and works in partnership to develop the sport within Canberra and the surrounding region.

Run Local & State Competitions

From weekly club games to state championships — your state association organises, manages and supports your local competition.

Support Clubs & Programs

Provides resources, governance support, and direct assistance to affiliated clubs and their committees to support a sustainable and thriving Water Polo community.

Manage Officiating Pathways

Running referee and table official courses, managing accreditations, and deploying officials to competitions.

Select & Develop State Teams

Identifying and developing talent through state representative teams, which feed into Water Polo Australia’s National development programs.

Grow Participation

Working with Water Polo Australia to grow the sport in their region — through new initiatives, schools programs, FlippaBall, community outreach, and club development initiatives.
