Water Polo Learning Centre

Important education tool for members

Education and development are integral to the capability of all those who play important roles in water polo – coaches, team managers, referees, officials, administrators and players. It plays a critical role in providing a professional and safe environment for members and protecting sport from integrity threats.

The Water Polo Learning Centre (WPLC) is a one-stop education portal available via your Member Login. The single sign-on makes it simple for members to access. The WPLC includes water polo courses for all members, and additional course access for Platinum and Gold Members.

Water Polo & Sector-Wide Training Through the WPLC

In addition to the water polo content, you also get access to sector-wide e-learning content from the Australian Sports Commission (ASC). The courses ensure that all volunteers and paid staff have access to world-class learning, no matter the sport, empowering and supporting everyone to deliver positive experiences.

To become a coach, referee or table official, Water Polo Australia requires individuals to fulfil the core components, including obtaining a Working with Children Check, as well as being a Gold member (at minimum).
